Welcome and thank you for your interest in Bichitra!

With summer just around the corner, we are excited to begin a new fiscal year to make many more memories with you and your family in our own Bichitra – our home away from home.

Bichitra is committed to promoting a richly diverse and harmonious blend of our great culture, heritage and values, thereby nurturing exemplary new generations to be role models and to enrich the world community in greater measure. Since 1974 Bichitra has been representing the Bengalis of the Motown community and surrounding areas and encouraging integration through socio-cultural initiatives open to all. Without your active and unconditional support, this on-going journey would not have been possible.

Our first event of this year is the Annual Summer Picnic on Saturday August 13 at the Boulan Park (Shelter II) in Troy. We cordially invite you with your family and friends to this fun-filled day of adda, food and games. Additional details of this event will be communicated via email and will also be posted on this website and Bichitra Facebook page shortly. Stay Tuned.
