Dear Friends,

I welcome you and your family to attend the Durga Puja, which will be held on October 10-12, 2008, at the Beer Middle School, 3200 Martin Road, Warren, MI 48092.  The Durga Puja Chair Sudipta Datta with the help of many others have arranged a Grand Puja Ceremony with excellent cultural program as well as sumptuous food.  Under the current economic condition, we are pleased to let you know that we have been able to maintain the same registration fee as last year.  Please review more information on the Puja in the newsletter.

Friends, many of us here are far away from home and our loved ones.  We have come to know each other and have become friends.  I know we sometimes have disagreements and misunderstandings, but we really can’t let these come between our friendships.  I ask that we rethink our opposing views, resolve our differences, and continue to foster our friendships.  Do not just wait for the other person to come forward. Instead, take the first step to work out the differences and endure the companionship you will cherish.
